Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Residential Roof Installation and Repair Supervisor to join our team in Central Florida. The ideal candidate should have proven experience leading roofing crews and performing installations and repairs on shingle roofs, shingles, and metal. This position requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coach and identify future team leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential roof installation and repair projects
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Read and interpret roof plans and designs
- Coordinate personnel, materials, and logistics on the job site
- Lead and train the team; Identify and support emerging leaders
- Ensure the completion of projects within the established time and scope
- Attend technical and safety trainings as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in shingle, shingle and metal roofs
- Previous experience as a Residential Roofing Supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read plans and construction documents
- Availability to work outdoors and attend trainings
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
